∙   Double Occupancy rate is between $135.00 and $160.00
∙   Each additional person is $25.00
∙   2 people using 2 beds incur an additional make-up fee of $10.00

MEALS

∙   Hearty breakfast for the gourmand is included with room rate
∙   Breakfast is served in the on-site restaurant area from 8:00 - 10:00 A.M.
∙   Snacks & Beverages available, complimentary bottled water in room
∙   Dietary restrictions respected: fresh, wholesome food is the standard
∙   Signature breakfast: hand-me-down Uncle Amos’ Buttermilk/Buckwheat waffles a   specialty
∙   Picnic Basket available - $18.00 per person, typically fried chicken, potato salad, coleslaw
     & filled with Virginia specialties.  Advance notice required.
∙   Specialty Baskets - $50.00 includes items specific to occasion but not limited to a bottle of
    Virginia wine, healthful snacks and cheese from the Harvest Moon, sweets from Nancy’s
    Fudge & fruit

POLICIES

∙   2-3 night stay preferred on Holiday and NASCAR Race weekends
∙   No smoking facility, No candles, No open flames
∙   No Pets allowed: cats & dog on premise
∙   Limitation on children staying.  Well supervised children under situations that do not disturb
    other guests.  Not recommended for ages 5 or under.  No children in diapers.
∙   Motorcycle friendly
∙   Consumption of alcohol permitted
∙   Deposit Amount Required: For a confirmed reservation, a deposit equivalent to one-night’s
     stay or 50% of your stay, whichever is greater, is required.
∙   Check-in time 3:30 - 9:30 P.M.
∙   Check-out time 11:00 A.M.
∙   Cancellations: 14 day notice for refund, less a $25.00 cancellation fee or 5% of deposit
    whichever is greater, is required.
∙   Certain weekends and group reservations may be subject to extended cancellation period.
∙   Method of payment: cash, check, Traveler’s Check, MC or VISA
∙   Accepted by the following agencies: The Bed & Breakfast Association of Virginia,
    Floyd & Patrick County Chamber of Commerce

∙   Discounts Available: 10%  returning guests on two-night stay
                                         10%  off all rooms booked for same occasion
                                         10%  off room rate if photo taken by guest is used on Old Spring Farm Website
